"Party" is a giant polyphonic novel , consisting of a number of interconnected "Party Games", each of which is approximately 200 pages long. Written in a a surreal, recursive, chaotic linguistic "experimental" medium, it concerns Jai alai enthusiasts' search for fulfillment, the ins and outs of telephone pole and TV set manufacturing, the universe spontaneously and dangerously generating new planets, the worst traffic gridlock ever encountered, infighting among the newly resurrected dead, and much, much more, all written in an ever-shifting style that looks, sounds, and reads like no other.
NEWS: Party games 1 through 8 are complete. Game 9 is in progress.
Game 4 has been published by Ranger Press.
Game 5 has been published by Soyos Books
Game 6 has been published by Submersible Press.
In the meantime, the composition of further "Party Games" will continue indefinitely, perhaps forever, until the forces that move us signal that sufficient "Party Games" have been played and the guests should at last be politely urged to leave the party halls.
